By accepting an estimate, scheduling service, or submitting payment, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Estimates & Acceptance
All estimates are binding once accepted and expire 30 days from the date issued. Acceptance may be provided electronically, in writing, via text message, email, or payment.
2. Pricing Adjustments & Scope Changes
Pricing may change due to changes in scope, unforeseen site conditions, material cost increases, or access limitations. Any work outside the original estimate requires Client approval and may result in a revised invoice.
3. Deposits
No deposit is required for jobs under $1,000, unless otherwise stated. Jobs exceeding $1,000 may require a 50% deposit prior to the start of work. Deposits are non-refundable once materials are purchased or work has begun.
4. Payment Terms
Residential Clients:
Payment is due upon completion. A 10% late fee will be added if payment is not received within 7 days.
Commercial Clients:
Payment terms are Due Upon Receipt, Net 15, or Net 30, as stated on the invoice. A 10% late fee applies to balances over 30 days past due.
Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, ACH, Cash, and Check.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Residential)
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service will result in a charge of 50% of the invoice total. One reschedule is permitted at no charge with reasonable notice. Additional reschedules may result in fees.
6. Access & Site Conditions
Client must provide safe, unobstructed access to all work areas and a water source unless otherwise agreed. The Company is not responsible for delays or incomplete work caused by blocked access, unsafe conditions, or inaccurate information provided by the Client.
7. Weather & Delays
First Choice Pressure Washing, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, supplier delays, or conditions beyond reasonable control. Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather without penalty.
8. Property Conditions & Risk Acknowledgment
Pressure washing may expose pre-existing damage or deterioration not visible prior to service, including cracked siding, loose paint, worn sealants, or surface defects. The Company is not responsible for pre- existing conditions.
9. Oxidation Disclosure (IMPORTANT)
Certain exterior surfaces, including vinyl, aluminum, and painted siding, may have pre-existing oxidation that is not visible until dirt and buildup are removed. The Client acknowledges that:
- Oxidation may become more noticeable after cleaning
- Standard house washing does not include oxidation removal
- Oxidation removal is a separate service and may require additional cost
- The Company is not responsible for cosmetic changes caused by revealed oxidation
No guarantee is made that oxidation can be reduced or eliminated.
10. Warranty
First Choice Pressure Washing, LLC warrants that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, reasonable to the age, materials, and condition of the property.
This warranty does not cover pre-existing damage, stains that cannot be fully removed, underlying defects, prior repairs, or normal wear and tear. No guarantee is made that all stains or discoloration will be removed.
Except as expressly stated above, no other warranties, express or implied, are provided.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, the Company’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered. The Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and venue shall be in the appropriate courts of North Carolina.
13. Agreement
By approving an estimate, scheduling service, or submitting payment, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
